If we haven’t reminded you lately, the Buckeye basketball program has a fantastic recruiting class ready to fold into what’s already coming back in 2019-20. One of those players is top forty 4-star power forward E.J. Liddell out of Belleville, Illinois.
He was recognized again for his play on the court by winning the USA Today Illinois High School Player of the Year. It’s a state that has plenty of hoops talent with all that goes with the Chicago area and beyond.
If you haven’t gotten a chance to get up to speed on Liddell and what he brings to the table, he can do a little big of everything. He can shoot it from the perimeter, can be explosive at the rim, and has an uncanny ability to block shots at just 6-6, 220 lbs.
It’s safe to say that Buckeye fans should be excited to see what he can do when he arrives on campus this summer, and right into the prep for the season this winter.
