If you’ve followed us for any amount of time, you know we like to say that Ohio State football turns on television sets.
If that’s the case, then FOX Sports sure is glad to have the Buckeye football team back in the fold. And on that note, according to a release from the network, the Big Noon Kickoff game of the week between Ohio State and Nebraska was the highest-rated college football game of the day.
That’s somewhat amazing too when you consider that the game got into blowout territory in the second half with the Buckeyes winning by a total score of 52-17.
This upcoming week, Ohio State is on ABC in a primetime game against Penn State. We’ll see how the numbers from that game compare to this past weekend with seemingly all of Buckeye Nation waiting for the season to resume.
