Official outfits for athletes competing in the 2022 Winter Games were revealed to the media by the Japan Olympic Committee and the Japan Paralympic Committee on Wednesday, 100 days before the Games open in Beijing.

Olympians and Paralympians will wear the same designs, as they did at the Tokyo Games this summer.

They will sport navy blazers at ceremonies and while traveling to and from Beijing. The athletes will also have sportswear comprising red top -- the color inspired by the national flag -- and pale gray bottoms.

On Wednesday, the JOC also unveiled the Team Japan emblem to be used for all sports. Featuring the national flag and the five Olympic rings, the emblem has been put on the Games outfits and will also appear on various related occasions.
