Police are appealing for information after a 'concern for welfare' report was made about a woman with a baby in Moston.
A member of the public called Greater Manchester Police after they spotted the woman involved in an argument with a man on Nina Drive at around 8.30pm last night (Monday).
The woman - who had a baby with her - knew the man, officers said, and the 'dispute' has now been resolved.
But in an appeal posted on the GMP Manchester North Facebook page in the early hours of this morning, police said they have not been able to find those involved.

They want to make sure they are 'safe and well', the post added.
Anyone who has any information, or dash cam footage from around 8.30pm to 9.30pm last night, is being urged to get in touch.
In full, the Facebook post said: "At around 8.30pm on Monday 28 February 2022, a member of the public reported concern for the welfare of a woman with a baby on Nina Drive, Moston.
"Officers attended but have been so far unable to locate those involved.
"Extensive enquiries have led officers to believe that the woman was involved in a dispute with a male who is known to her and that the dispute has since been resolved.
"Nevertheless, officers would like to ensure those involved are safe and well."
