Officers are growing concerned for 88-year-old Joseph Brown after he was reported missing.
Mr Brown went missing from Forest Town in Mansfield at around 9am on Thursday, August 15.
He is described as white, five foot eight inches tall, of slim build and with grey hair.
Mr Brown is thought to be wearing a long brown overcoat and beige plimsolls.
