A unique office space has opened in Liverpool - and it has a dancefloor, a champagne wall, a wellness corner and five doggy wellbeing co-ordinators.
Milk Education’s new HQ is located on the 11th floor of the Bruntwood building and claims to have 'a high focus on mental wellbeing'.
At the heart of the business are the office dogs, with five rescue animals on hand to help improve staff wellbeing.
The company says it wants to create a place for employees to "thrive personally and professionally".
Operations director, Emma Walsh, says the dogs add so much value to the business.

The four-legged employees are Rio , Popcorn, Scooby, Rita and Minnie, who are all crucial members of the Milk team.
Emma, 31, said: “The dogs form part of our wellbeing, we call them the wellbeing co-ordinators. They make people smile so many times a day.
“We promote everyone to take a wellness break from their desk – don’t eat your lunch at your desk. Take time to just chill out, play with the dogs, use our wellness corner and be more present.”

Milk has a dedicated dog den built specifically for the animals to have their own space.
Emma said: “We’ll be walking to another building or taking them out and people will come up to us and say, ‘We know who you are, we follow you on socials’ so it’s becoming a known thing. When we walk into the business square, everyone knows them. Someone will shout 'Rio!' down the corridor.
“They’re good business characters, they fit right in here. People have joined this business because of the dogs and what we stand for. It’s hard to stand out within our market and it’s the dogs that help us to brand ourselves.”

With such a huge focus on wellbeing, every Friday at 3pm is designated for celebrating achievements on the dancefloor. Emma and the team will take a moment to chat, celebrate and play with the dogs.
Emma said: “When we’re in the building or in the lift, so many people have said, ‘Oh, I bet you’re on the 11th floor with the dancefloor. It’s because we like to dress up.
“We occasionally like to have a laugh and a few get on the mic and have a sing.
“The office took 10 weeks to complete but we always knew the dogs were going to be involved.”
There are three more offices, located in Manchester, Sheffield and Newcastle, which are all dog-friendly.
