Economic development agency West Midlands Growth Company has agreed a deal for new office space in Birmingham city centre.
The company is relocating from its current base in the historic Baskerville House to the 11th floor of The Colmore Building.
It has agreed a ten-deal for 4,696 sq ft of space and is expected to be in the new office from June.
The Colmore Building, previously known as Colmore Plaza prior to its 2015 purchase by Ashby Capital for £140 million, has 314,000 sq ft of space over 14 storeys and counts Allianz, Investec and Irwin Mitchell among its clients.

Property director Tom Smithers said: "We are proud to welcome the West Midlands Growth Company to The Colmore Building.
