Ryan Houston describes it as "arguably the best town home in Newcastle" and offers are expected over $3 million for the brand new harbourfront residence.
The PRD Newcastle and Lake Macqquarie agent is marketing the property at 4/25 Honeysuckle Drive (main picture and top right). It is one of only 10 town homes in Doma Group's Lume apartment complex, which sold out off the plan in five days in 2017.
"It's very special; there's no comparables," Mr Houston said.
"There's no town homes, north-facing over the harbour. It's a very unique offering with over 305 square metres of space, three-car lock-up garage and a two-storey town home looking over the water."
There are three bathrooms, a study, four bedrooms - three upstairs and a luxurious, ground-floor master suite with walk-through robe to ensuite featuring a freestanding bath - plus an island kitchen with a full suite of integrated Miele appliances, a choice of terraces and direct access from the triple garage into the home.
Lume features a communal rooftop barbecue terrace as well as a residents' only lap pool, fully equipped gym and sauna.
The property is set for auction on September 16. It will be open at 4.30pm on Thursdays and 9.30am and 3pm on Saturdays.
