Off on holiday – back in three weeks

This little blogger is off on holiday. I'm away on my summer holidays for three weeks and will be back towards the end of August.

I would like to say that August will be quiet because the political classes across Europe head to the beaches. But then it never is. August 1914 and when Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait in August 1990 spring to mind.

So, see you later this month when the world will probably be a slightly different place.
