Odsonne Edouard 'to be given Celtic honour' as Alan Brazil makes prediction on striker's future

Alan Brazil has predicted that Odsonne Edouard will be given the legendary Celtic number 7 shirt next season.

The number has mythical status at Parkhead having been worn by Jimmy Johnstone and Henrik Larsson.

And Brazil is predicting that 'French Eddy' will be given a huge incentive to stay as he inherits the currently vacant numbner.

In a video posted on Twitter he said: "A little bit of news from Glasgow.

"By all accounts Edouard could get the number 7 shirt at Celtic next year.

"There's meant to be a magnificent seven coming, something to do with the sponsors.

"So if he stays at Celtic... hello, we're going for 10-in-a-row!"
