Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard is reportedly holding out for a bumper £85,000-per-week wage packet if he is to leave Parkhead this summer.
The 23-year-old has one year remaining on his current deal and he has been watched closely by the likes of Crystal Palace, Brighton and Southampton.
But the Scottish Sun state potential suitors have baulked at the personal terms suggested for a player who will also command a fee in excess of £15m.
It comes after a report claimed Edouard is willing to leave Celtic on a free if he doesn't receive the correct offer with the former Paris Saint-Germain graduate free to talk to other clubs in January.
Edouard has been on the outside looking in in recent weeks in Glasgow but has come off the bench in each of the last three games under Ange Postecoglou.
Celtic remain keen on £7m Leuven striker Thomas Henry as the big Parkhead rebuild gathers pace with just two weeks left in the window.
They have also been linked with Gorica standout Kristijan Lovric with the winger making it clear on social media he would be keen on a move to Scotland.
Ryan Christie only has six months left on his deal but there remains hope the star performer will agree fresh terms as he appears a key player under Postecoglou.
