A report claims Leicester are growing increasingly confident of securing Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard this summer.
Brendan Rodgers remains a huge admirer of the man he brought to Glasgow and Record Sport first revealed of their significant interest back in January 2020.
The free-scoring Frenchman is back to his best and has netted nine goals since the end of January after enduring an inconsistent start to the season.
But a host of clubs are now poised to test Celtic's resolve with the Daily Mail stating the Foxes are primed to table a £15m offer and the striker has indicated he wants a reunion with his former boss.
Edouard's deal runs out in the summer of 2022 and would be free to talk other clubs about a pre-contract next January.
The former Paris Saint-Germain academy star fuelled further speculation over his future when he joined London-based agency Stellar Group at the turn of the year.
The likes of Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Everton have also been linked with him in the past but it appears Leicester are determined to get a deal over the line.
Edouard has been a roaring success at Celtic with the 23-year-old netting 82 goals in all competitions since arriving in 2017.
Rodgers' side sit third in the English Premier League and are aiming to secure a top-four finish that will springboard them into the Champions League.
