Odsonne Edouard continues brilliant France form as Celtic ace adds to stunning scoring record

Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard has scored another goal for France U21s side after producing a cheeky Panenka penalty.

Edouard has been in incredible form for his country and made it 11 goals in six games with the stunning finish against Switzerland, although his side eventually went down 3-1.

The 21-year-old is clearly full of confidence and scored another penalty in the last minute to beat Georgia 3-2 on Friday night.

Edouard is now just two goals away from his record for Celtic this season for his country with 13 for club and 11 for France U21s.

He grabbed two on his debut back in September against Albania before two more doubles against Czech Republic and Azerbaijan and a hat-trick against Slovakia in October.

Neil Lennon will be desperate for him to get back to Scotland without any knocks with Vakoun Issouf Bayo out with a knee injury and Leigh Griffiths continuing his return from injury.

The former PSG has been linked with moves away from Celtic Park with Roma, Lazio, Napoli and Crystal Palace the latest clubs reportedly interested.
