Roy Keane is among the favourites to become the next permanent manager of Celtic after they lost the Scottish Premiership title to Rangers.
The Ireland and Manchester United legend is fancied by some to take over at Parkhead, and is reportedly interested in making a return to management.
According to The Sun, Keane would answer Celtic's call if it came and that a club could also be keen to appoint a figure of Keane's status.
Keane has a strong connection with the club having previously played with the Hoops, and caught the eye of fans after refusing to congratulate Steven Gerrard's Rangers on their title win.
And the Sky Sports pundit has seen his odds on becoming the next permanent manager steadily drop in recent weeks, and is now among a select few contenders.
According to Paddy Power, Keane is fancied at 11/2 to take the reigns.
But it's Chris Wilder who leads the way at 5/6 having just left Premier League strugglers Sheffield United last night.
Also in the mix are John Kennedy at 2/1, Eddie Howe at 14/1 and Enzo Maresca is being backed at 6/1.
