The penultimate episode of this gripping Obi-Wan Kenobi series certainly didn't disappoint - with some thrilling dual lightsaber action and an unforeseen switch of allegiance among its many highlights.
Star Wars fans have been duly whipped up into a frenzy by the preceding five episodes, so the stakes are high for the sixth and final instalment set to drop at 7am this Wednesday (June 22).
The last outing opened with a flashback showing a younger Anakin ( Hayden Christensen ) battling his mentor Obi-Wan ( Ewan McGregor ) - surely foreshadowing a thrilling mother-of-all encounter between the pair later this week.
We also saw the Third Sister ( Moses Ingram ) knighted as the new Grand Inquisitor, but it’s her fleshed-out backstory that really got tongues wagging.
While training to be a Jedi as a child, we learn she escaped the brutal Order 66 massacre by faking her death when Anakin stormed her school.

In a bid for bloodied revenge, she later joined the Dark Side and pretended to be evil in a long-game approach to taking Vader down from the inside.
Elsewhere, we saw Obi-Wan unwittingly lead the empire to a rebel refugee outpost after Leia’s droid, Lola, was hacked at the end of episode IV.
The newly-malevolent machine prevented any ships from escaping by jamming the doors, but Leia bravely volunteered to clamber inside some nearby vents to fix it.
Suddenly, in a stirring storm of anger, Vader appeared with a horde of stormtroopers, and a climactic battle ensued.
Obi-Wan did his best to fight them off but ended up surrendering to his former apprentice as a ruse to buy the rebels more time to escape.
Hell-bent on vengeance, Reva sensed the perfect opportunity to strike at Vader as he dealt with Obi-Wan - who swiftly managed to flee on a transport ship.
You’d think with a double lightsaber, she'd stand a reasonable chance against everyone’s favourite Sith Lord - but not so.
Following a bit of intense sparring, Vader cruelly began toying with her, even breaking her weapon in two and swinging the double blades himself before coldly stabbing her.
The dark lord then revealed he knew Reva’s identity the whole time, and with that the original Grand Inquisitor (Rupert Friend), appeared from the grave.
“Revenge does wonders for the will to live,” said Friend, though how he survived the lightsaber to the gut in the first episode is unclear.
The baddies then left a badly-hurt Reva to stumble across Obi-Wan’s half-broken pager, where we get to hear Bail Organa’s (Jimmy Smits) garbled last message.
We hear the words ‘the boy’ and ‘Tatooine’, which means only one thing for Star Wars buffs.
Roll on episode 6, which drops on Disney Plus at 7am on Wednesday.
