He returned. He fought. He conquered. LeBron James made history last night as he led the Cavaliers to a 93-89 victory over the Golden State Warriors and landed Cleveland a first ever NBA title. It was also the city’s first major title since 1964. As we witnessed a remarkable achievement and a great comeback, the internet chimed in.
There were messages from old team-mates...
Salute to my brother @KingJames .. 3x Champion!!! #Brotherhood

...and acquaintances.

The Commander-in-Chief enjoyed it:
What a game and what a series for the @Cavs. Happy to see @KingJames bring it home for Cleveland!
— President Obama (@POTUS) June 20, 2016
In fact, the president enjoyed the end of the game so much he didn’t move from his seat. After landing on Air Force One, Obama made his family stay on the plane until the game was over. We’re thinking the aircrew didn’t call security.

Steph Curry’s new shoes for Under Armour also didn’t make it. We actually think they look better.

Meanwhile, the Cavs took time to stop off in Vegas on the way home from California:

Let the inevitable MJ-LBJ debate continue.
Let's not forget @KingJames and @cavs beat the best regular season team all time! MJ never did that. #NBAFinals

Back to main man of the hour. Ladies and gentlemen, your MVP.
And finally, one for the haters.
LeBron has lived up to the hype since he was 15, if not surpassed it. That's why you hate him
