Oatly to launch new dairy free ice cream at Tesco - and it sounds delicious

Oatly is launching plant based ice cream at Tesco supermarkets nationwide at the end of the month.

The Swedish brand has created three super indulgent flavours that are made from a dairy-free oat milk recipe, which will come as good news for those who are vegan or lactose intolerant.

Sweet-toothed shoppers can expect the tubs of Chocolate Fudge, Hazelnut Swirl and Salted Caramel ice cream to hit supermarket shelves from Wednesday October 30.

They are priced at £4.50 each and will pair perfectly with Christmas pudding over the festive season.

The announcement follows the recent launch of Ben & Jerry’s vegan version of its popular Cookie Dough, Fudge Brownie and Peanut Butter and Cookies ice-cream, which is available to buy at most major supermarkets including Tesco for £6 .

Tesco also has a whole range of Oatly products available to order online that are popular with dairy-free shoppers.

If you're looking for budget booze, Tesco has recently slashed the price of wines and spirits including £10 off bottles of Jack Daniels.
