Oasis star Noel Gallagher used to gorge on Greggs pastries and donuts every day

Noel Gallagher has confessed he used to be a Greggs addict.

The Oasis legend said he used to scoff his dinner in the bakery chain EVERY DAY.

Noel, 53, whose hits with the band include Roll With It, said: “In Greggs, when we were growing up, an iced doughnut? Why not! I used to love that.

“I used to eat in Greggs every ****ing day when I was in Manchester and I lived in the city centre – every day.

“I would get me dinner there. Yeah, ****ing hell – every day.”

Other celebrity fans of the baking institution famed for its sausage rolls include singer Ed Sheeran, 29, and American actor Jake Gyllenhaal, 39.

Noel also revealed he wrote the Oasis hit Don’t Look Back In Anger while blind drunk.

He said: “I didn’t even remember I’d written a song until I got up next day and there was some scrabbled words on a notepad.”

Noel also claimed on comedian Matt Morgan’s podcast he lost a book containing the lyrics for their first album Definitely Maybe when they were ejected from a Manchester hotel in the 90s.
