Nutella stuffed cookies and Biscoff muffins at new Leeds city centre bakehouse

A brand new bakehouse serving all kinds of indulgent treats has opened in one of Leeds city centre's most iconic buildings.

42nd East Bakehouse has picked out Leeds Corn Exchange as its new home and welcomed customers for the very first time on Friday, January 17.

Signature bakes include the Kinder Bueno cookie, the Nutella cookie pie and the Biscoff cookie dough jars. If that's not enough, you can even try and take on the giant cookie bowl, which is crammed full of cookie dough, Biscoff spread, Caramac, Hershey’s... and more Biscoff.

As you can probably guess, the menu isn't for the faint-hearted, but it's bound to be a big hit with those who simply can't resist a sweet treat.

The opening in Leeds comes following the bakehouse's success at the Central Market in Lincoln. Owner Lee Edwards also has plans to expand to Beverley in the coming months in what would be the company's third location.
