The Public Health Agency is on the hunt for an executive nurse to lead its nursing, midwifery and allied health professional teams at a time of major change in the system.
The Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals will work across all organisations and professional boundaries with integrity, value-based leadership and person-centred care.
The level 3 role - with a salary bracket from £83,098 to £110,801 per year - will involve membership of the PHA Board, and the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to all HSCB Board meetings too.
The new health leader will need to inspire staff, as well as understand the operational reality and challenges staff face, while building a culture where patient safety, quality care and user and carer experience is the priority.
