A nursery teacher has lost everything after a fire tragically gutted her home just weeks before Christmas.
Jenny Adaebosompra, 28, has been left homeless after the blaze which broke out when a candle left unattended by a house mate, MyLondon reports.
The fire ripped through their Streatham, south London, home while the nursery teacher was sleeping on December 11.
She only had time to grab a top and put on her trainers before getting to safety.
One of her best friends Ola Dada, 27, told MyLondon: "She’s alive. Thank god for that. But she’s not okay. She’s trying to stay positive though.
"All her clothes gone, not even a jacket left.

"Everything is gone. She’s got nothing left. Not even a jumper. And she has to go back to work by January.
"I never realised how expensive all these things cost - a new bed, mattress, kitchen equipment. We take it for granted but when you have to replace it..."
Ola, who has known Jenny for around 15 years, continued: "Her dad passed away two years ago. He told me to take care of her and this is my time.

"Jenny’s the type of person who looks out for people.
"She is the epitome of fun, good times, selflessness, just an around goody. She’s a nursery school teacher. She cares about everyone else"
Ola has launched a fundraiser to try help out his friend.
Jenny has said any money donated further to her needs will be given to support the family affected by the Sutton house fire which killed four children or charity Crisis.
