Being a parent is one of the most rewarding - if exhausting - jobs in the world.
Many mums and dads have to leave their little ones in nursery while they head out to work.
And after a long day of learing and playing, boys and girls can't wait for a cuddle from their loved ones at home time.
In the rush to collect your child, and make sure they have the right coat, lunch box and bag to go home with them, it can be a bit hectic.
But one nursery has noticed mums and dads not giving their children their full attention when they arrive to collect them.
And bosses felt so strongly about what they were witnessing they wrote a heartbreaking letter to parents.
They spotted that some parents seemed more interested in their phones than their children at home time.
The note said: "You are picking up your child. GET OFF YOUR PHONE.
"Your child is happy to see you! Are you happy to see your child??
"We have seen children trying to hand their parents their work they completed and the parent is on the phone.
"We have heard a child say 'mommy, mommy, mommy' and the parent is paying more attention to their phone than their child. It is appalling."
Several experts have welcomed the tough love move from the nursery and stressed that children learn from the actions of their parents.
Other child experts have added that youngsters are becoming addicted to their screens from a younger and younger age.
Dr Liz Donner, a paediatrician, told Bored Panda: "I fear that excessive screen time is leading children toward worsening attention deficits, social impairment, emotional dysregulation, learning difficulties, and violent tendencies."
However, some mums and dads say the nursery is completely out of order for 'parenting shaming'.
One mum said: "If a daycare wants me off the phone that badly then they better also be willing to watch my children for free.
"My phone keeps me connected with work, and without my job, the daycare bill isn’t getting paid."
Others said that mums shouldn't be judged for multi-tasking and making sure "nothing falls through the cracks" while they're picking their children up.
