Nuno Espirito Santo confirms double injury boost for Wolves ahead of Chelsea clash

Wolverhampton Wanders manager Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed that both Romain Saiss and Matt Docherty will be available for selection against Chelsea tomorrow.

Both players were injury doubts, after Saiss returned home early from international duty and Doherty, who has been carrying a knock, underwent a small operation.

Wolves will be missing defender Willy Boly, who is not be available due to suspension following his red card against Everton before the international break.

However, speaking in his pre-match press conference, Santo confirmed that Boly will be the only absentee for the visit of Frank Lampard's side.

"Everybody's OK with the exception of Boly, who we cannot use tomorrow. Everybody is ready to go," he said, as reported by the Express and Star .

"Romain had a problem with his international team, but he has been doing well, treating, so he's an option."

The manager was also asked about the condition of Doherty.

Ashley Cole: Mason Mount can be a top player

"Yes. Matt had a small surgery, not related to football, so we'll leave that confidential – between the doctor and the patient," he answered.

The absence of Boly, who has played every Premier League game so far this season, and the availability of Saiss, leaves Santo with a decision between the Moroccan and Jesus Vallejo as to who starts in defence.

Wolves are just one of two clubs left in the Premier League yet to record a league win this season, although they have only lost once.
