A number of shots are understood to have been fired at a house tonight in Finglas, north Dublin.
Gardai are currently attending the scene, with no immediate reports emerging of any injuries.
The incident is believed to be connected to an ongoing feud in the area.
A source told Dublin Live: "This is part of a ongoing local feud, but the intended target is a well known gang leader with links to the Kinahan cartel."
