Northern Territory police have arrested a 28-year-old man following the death of another man in Malak last night.
Police received reports a man had been assaulted at about 5:40pm yesterday and arrived at the scene shortly after, NT police said in a statement.
A 42-year-old man was declared dead at the scene, and a 28-year-old was arrested nearby.
Police set up a crime scene in the area and investigations are continuing.
