A man is facing criminal charges after allegedly sexually touching two 14 year-old-girls at a cafe in the NSW Blue Mountains.

Police say he touched the girls, who are known to him, at the cafe between March and April.

He has been refused bail to appear in Penrith Local Court on Friday.
