NSW COVID-19 exposure sites: New alerts for venues in Fairfield, Dural and Sydney World Square

NSW Health has added a swath of venues across Greater Sydney to the list of exposure sites as the state recorded 77 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.

Infected Sydneysiders have visited venues in Fairfield, Edensor Park, Miranda, Dural, Kareela and Sydney's World Square as the number of COVID-19 cases continues to climb.

Premier Gladys Berejiklian continued to plead with people to stay at home and do the right thing.

"I think it is pretty clear that unless we reduce that level of people in the community that are infectious, we won't be able to turn things around," she said.

But police aren't taking any chances and are out in full checking on compliance with the public health orders.
