Dragons stay in finals race with thrashing of Titans
St George Illawarra kept in touch with the top eight following a convincing 42-16 defeat of the struggling Gold Coast at Kogarah Jubilee Oval.
The Dragons moved intro provisional eighth place on the ladder courtesy of the seven tries to three victory, which was essentially wrapped up by half-time.
The home side had led 22-0 at the break, consigning the Titans to a third successive half without a point following their 54-0 drubbing at the hands of the Broncos last weekend.
