Now Black is accused of insider trading

New allegations have been levelled against Conrad Black, the former Daily Telegraph owner. Prosecutors have made a lengthy filing to the court in Chicago which accuses Black, of engaging in insider trading and a dozen further misdeeds. The Guardian's David Teather explains the details. The filing says: "Black did not make a distinction between his money and that belonging to a public company."
