HALIFAX — Nova Scotia is reporting 73 new cases of COVID-19 over a three-day period.
Health officials said today the new cases were reported from Sept. 11-13.
They say 36 new cases are in the northern zone, and 32 of them involve contacts of previously reported infections.
Officials say there is a large cluster of linked cases in the northern area involving people who are mostly unvaccinated.
They say 31 new cases are in the central zone, where there are signs of community spread among unvaccinated people between the ages of 20 and 40.
Four new cases are in the eastern zone, and two are in the western one.
