Notts County will not increase season ticket prices despite planned rise

Notts County have confirmed they will not be increasing their season-ticket prices ahead of the new season.

Rates were due to rise on July 1, but the club has confirmed they will remain the same before the new campaign kicks off next month.

That means adults and seniors can renew for £276 and £184 respectively, while a season ticket for a new age category aimed at 22 to 25-year-olds is the equivalent of £8 per game.

For adults buying a new season ticket, they can make a £51 saving on this time last year while Notts fans aged over 65, can enjoy a £43 saving.

Notts have already confirmed they have sold more than 1,500 season tickets for next season despite the uncertainty regarding a takeover.

On Thursday a Danish consortium was the latest group to show an interest in the club that was put on the market by chairman Alan Hardy at the end of January.

Meanwhile, the players are due to report back for training on Monday as preparations for the new season begins with the fixtures for the National League set to be unveiled early next month.
