Notts County team news confirmed as Luke Williams names strong side to face Chorley

Luke Williams has named a strong side to take on Chorley in the FA Trophy this evening, making six changes from the side that beat Gateshead last Tuesday.

John Bostock comes in to make his full Magpies debut, partnering Matty Palmer in midfield with Jim O'Brien who will play in the more advanced role.

Brad Young comes in for just his second appearance of the season since joining Leicester City on loan in the summer, with Geraldo Bajrami coming into the back three alongside Kyle Cameron and Richard Brindley.

With Adam Chicksen expected to be back for the Christmas fixtures following his injury scare against Gateshead, Aaron Nemane slots in at left-wing back with Tobi Adebayo-Rowling operating on the opposite flank.

Sam Austin and Cedwyn Scott lead the line for the Magpies this evening, with Scott preferred to Kairo Mitchell who is on the bench.

The bench contains a number of first-team regulars including Sam Slocombe and Ruben Rodrigues, but two U19's also make the matchday squad, with Lucien Mahovo featuring for the first time since signing his professional contract, while team mate Madou Cisse is also named on the Notts bench.

NOTTS COUNTY: Young; Cameron, Bajrami, Brindley, Nemane, Adebayo-Rowling; Palmer, Bostock, O'Brien; Austin, Scott.

SUBS: Slocombe, Mahovo, Francis, Cisse, Castro, Rodrigues, Mitchell.
