Notts County sellout Harrogate ticket allocation just 20 minutes after going on sale

Notts County have sold out of  tickets for their FA Trophy semi-final at Harrogate - just 20 minutes after they were put on general sale.

The Magpies were given an allocation of 920, the majority of which were snapped up by season ticket holders and those who bought the run-in bundle.

But the last 250 tickets went within 20 minutes such is the demand for the first leg clash which takes place at Wetherby Road on March 21.

The second leg is due to be played a week later, with Notts having slashed adult ticket prices to just £10 as they look to set a new attendance record for a Trophy semi-final which currently stands at 9,111.

Neal Ardley's side are currently in great form having risen to third in the National League just six points behind Harrogate in the table, and have already beaten Simon Weaver's side once this season, 2-0.

The club has reminded fans that away travel is on offer for the much-anticipated first leg and coaches will depart Meadow Lane at 11am.

Prices are as follows:

General adult/senior: £21

General under 18: £13

Season ticket holders/Lifeline members/NCFCOSA members: £20

Season ticket holder under 18: £12
