Notts County head coach Ian Burchnall made two changes to his side as the Magpies went in search of victory at Boreham Wood tonight.
The Magpies were without Connell Rawlinson due to illness and he was replaced by Kyle Cameron while Alex Lacey came in for Adam Chicksen who was on the bench.
They were the only changes to the side which lost 2-0 to Eastleigh at the weekend in what Burchnall described as a "leggy" performance.
As usual, Burchnall named a 3-5-2 formation with Sam Slocombe behind the back three of Richard Brindley, Lacey and Cameron.
Dion Kelly-Evans and Richard Brindley were both deployed as wing-backs while the midfield trio consisted of Matt Palmer, Frank Vincent and Callum Roberts.
Up front Ruben Rodrigues partnered top scorer Kyle Wootton.
There was no place in the squad for winger Aaron Nemane who missed out through a hand injury.
