Notts County boss Neal Ardley names team to face Harrogate Town in FA Trophy

Notts County have received a huge boost for their FA Trophy clash against Harrogate Town tonight with the news that Jake Reeves has been passed fit to play in the semi-final.

The summer signing from Bradford City missed the weekend friendly win over AFC Telford due to a tight calf, but he was passed fit to take his place in Notts' starting line-up this evening.

But there was no place for former Danish international Casper Sloth who missed the game because of a niggle with his hamstring.

Four players were making their competitive debuts for Notts with Adam Chicksen, Ruben Rodrigues, Sam Graham and Reeves all in the 11.

In goal was Sam Slocombe behind the back four of right-back Richard Brindley, Graham, Connell Rawlinson and Chicksen.

In midfield, Ardley played a diamond formation with Michael Doyle at the base, Ruben Rodrigues and Jake Reeves as the two number eights and Callum Roberts as the number 10.

Up front, Kyle Wootton partnered Wes Thomas.

Ardley did have plenty of options on the bench in Enzio Boldewijn, Elisha Sam, Dion Kelly-Evans, Alex Lacey, Damien McCrory and Luke Pilling.
