Heavy snow fell on Saturday (January 23) morning causing disruption to drivers and bus services.

Flooding remains an issue after the River Trent burst its banks this week, with many roads still closed after heavy rainfall.

They said: "If you’re leaving the house today, please don’t take any unnecessary risks & stay away from swollen rivers. Keep an eye on the latest flood warnings and alerts for your area."

Holme Pierrepont Country Park also remains closed due to flooding.

A total of 12 flood warnings and six flood alerts remain in place for Nottinghamshire.
