Police have released an image of a man who is wanted for recall to prison.
Officers are trying to trace 43-year-old Darren Mee who has links to the Sutton-in-Ashfield and Mansfield areas.
The force is appealing to the public to inform them of any sightings.
Police Sergeant Rebecca Hill is leading the investigation. She said: "We are keen to track down the whereabouts of Mee as he was wanted for a recall to prison.
"Our investigation leads us to believe he is still around locally.
"If you have seen Mee or have any information on his whereabouts please call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 21*60959, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
