Nottingham weather forecast predicts heavy rain in weekend 'washout'

It's set to be another damp weekend for much of the county, following an equally soggy Bank Holiday.

The Met Office has forecast 'heavy rain' for much of the morning and moving into the afternoon for Saturday, May 8.

It may also be quite windy at times, although it will feel milder than recent temperatures at around 15 °C.

But unless you're under cover, it looks likely to be a washout for any pub beer garden trips.

There are some venues across Nottinghamshire offering shelter for a pint, but best to check with any bookings you've made for changes.

Moving into Sunday, outbreaks of light rain and drizzle are expected also.

Temperatures could get up to 17 °C, with a fresh breeze.

Here's the hour-by-hour Nottingham weather forecast for Saturday:
