Nottingham's Five Guys restaurant still closed after debris spotted on floor

A fast-food restaurant in Nottingham city centre is still closed after debris from a potential ceiling collapse was spotted.

The Five Guys branch in Long Row near Old Market Square has been closed since Saturday, December 28 when the damage was first noticed.

The American burger chain was also closed on Sunday, December 29, and staff confirmed the store would not be opening on Monday, December 30.

It remains closed, and it is not known when the restaurant will reopen.

A Five Guys spokesman previously told Nottinghamshire Live: “We are ascertaining the extent of the damage and the restaurant will reopen as soon as possible."
