Nottingham pub The Beechdale re-opens after a 'significant' investment

A Nottingham pub has reopened following a significant investment.

The Beechdale, in Beechdale Road, has had a compete makeover, with a fresh new colour scheme and improved sports viewing.

Pub-goers can now watch Sky sports fixtures on new 4K televisions TVs, installed throughout,  and a new outdoor seating area has been added.

The Greene King pub has a new games rooms with pools tables, darts boards, a boxing machine and pinball machines.

The menu won't be changing though - dishes such as peppered mushroom pie, beef Yorkie wrap, fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding will remain.

James Bates, general manager at the Beechdale, said: “The Beechdale is at the heart of the Nottingham community, so we are excited to be able to offer a place for locals to enjoy a drink or meal in enhanced surroundings.

“The opening was a real success, with great feedback from guests on the fantastic new interior. Guests can still enjoy their favourite dishes and we look forward to welcoming them in the coming weeks.”
