Nottingham letting agent expands its team following business growth

Nottingham letting and management firm, Kingswood Residential Investment Management, has made a new appointment to its team as a result of continued business growth.

Charlotte Marshall has been recruited as an additional residential lettings negotiator, handling Kingswood Residential’s now 300+ portfolio of client properties across Nottingham and Mansfield.

The team expansion is alongside the extension and renovation of its offices in Regent Street.

Adam Kingswood, director, said: "Charlotte has joined us to fulfil increased activity and business demand among the properties we are letting and managing.

"She will also provide additional resource, given the increased volume of administrative work resulting from multiple changes to industry regulation which have taken place recently, such as selective licensing."

Kingswood Residential launched in 2016 and now has six members of staff at its Nottingham city centre office.

Mr Kingswood added: "It was clear she shared our company values of delivering a personal and tailored service to our clients and I am confident that she will play a pivotal role in the future growth of the firm."
