Nottingham house with no central heating could be snapped up for a little as £32,000

A house in St Ann's currently without central heating and its electricity disconnected is going up for auction.

There's no telling how much a lot will eventually sell for when it goes under the hammer, but this Nottingham property has a guide price that could make it a serious bargain.

It is for sale with SDL Property Auctions, in partnership with Bairstow Eves, at a guide price of £32,000.

The semi in Swinburne Street, just off Carlton Road, is a three-bed property that is in need of full renovation but includes an entrance hall, dining room, lounge and kitchen.

Sales details for the property state: "We understand there is no central heating and electricity currently."

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Andrew Parker, managing director and auctioneer, SDL Property Auctions, said: "The property has been vacant for some time and is in need of full renovation, upgrading and improvement.

"It's a three bedroomed semi-detached property in St Ann's which we believe has the potential to achieve a rental income of £800pcm once refurbished. Plus, it's well located near to good transport links and close to Carlton, Mapperley and Nottingham city centre."

Ideal for those looking for a project (SDL Property Auctions)

He added: "It would make an ideal purchase for an investor or landlord and has an attractive guide price of £32,000."

The house will go under the virtual hammer on Thursday, October 28, 2021. The auction will commence at 10:00.
