Now it's possible to order a steak bake or a doughnut from a Nottingham Greggs shop at the click of a button.
The food-on-the-go retailer has reopened the Upper Parliament Street branch as a Click and Collect shop, making it easier than ever for local Greggs fans to enjoy the return of their favourites. bakes and rolls.
All they need to do is select the shop and a time slot, choose their items from the reduced menu and pay online.
Greggs will then send an email when the order is ready for collection.
Once customers arrive at the shop for collection, Greggs’ new operational measures will be implemented to help keep customers and colleagues safe.
These measures include only one adult permitted in-store to collect an order (children can accompany parents) and the introduction of floor markings to ensure a safe social distance is maintained.
As well as being a Click and Collect shop, goodies can also be ordered via Just Eat, which is also taking deliveries from Greggs’ Upper Parliament Street shop, so if you can’t make it to the shop in person you can order a Greggs from the comfort of your own home to be delivered directly to you.
A Greggs spokesperson said: “We’re thrilled to introduce our Click and Collect service in Nottingham and along with the other shops we’ve reopened across the country and our partnership with Just Eat, we’re pleased to help bring a little taste of normal back to our local communities.
