Nottingham Forest vs Leicester City FA Cup clash moved for TV

Nottingham Forest’s FA Cup fourth round clash with Leicester City will be shown live on BBC One with the game moved for live TV coverage.

The meeting will be the first time that the two sides have come up against each other in over eight years, since a 2-2 draw at the City Ground back in February 2014.

Goals from Jamie Patterson, Andy Reid, Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez saw the points shared between the two sides.

Excitement has been building for the game since the draw ahead of Forest’s third round tie against Arsenal.

A 1-0 win over Mikel Arteta’s men, thanks to Lewis Grabban’ s late strike, saw Forest set up the clash in a memorable game which was shown on ITV.

Forest will now play their second game of the competition in front of the TV cameras as the game against Leicester selected for BBC One coverage with kick off moved to 4pm on Sunday, February 6.

Leicester go into the game as FA Cup holders, and kicked off their defence with a comfortable 4-1 win over fellow Premier League side Watford, despite having a number of injury concerns.

Forest will be looking to cause an upset in the second round in a row as well as getting one over on their east midlands rivals live on TV.
