Nottingham Forest twice picked for live TV coverage - with change of kick-off time

Two of Nottingham Forest’s Championship games next month have been selected for live TV coverage, resulting in a change of kick-off times.

The Reds travel to face Watford on Saturday, March 6 and go to Brentford on Saturday, March 20, with both picked for Sky Sports coverage.

The dates for those matches will remain the same, but they will both now kick-off at the earlier time of 12.30pm.

Why Nottingham Forest had fake crowd noise at the City Ground

Forest drew 0-0 with the Hornets in the reverse fixture at the City Ground in December.

And in the home game with the Bees, they were beaten 3-1.

Those two fixtures came amid a dismal run of form for Chris Hughton’s side before the turn of the year, with the point against Watford the only one they picked up in seven games.

Since then, however, they have turned a corner and are now up to 17th in the table, seven points above the relegation zone.

Before their trip to Vicarage Road, they have successive away games this week, starting at Rotherham tomorrow night, followed by a meeting with arch-rivals Derby County on Friday.

Forest then host Luton Town next Tuesday night before taking on the promotion-chasing Hornets.

Watford are currently third in the table, while Brentford are second - level on points but with a better goal difference.
