Nottingham Forest are yet to make any signings this transfer window, but there is still plenty of business yet to be done for Chris Hughton as he looks to improve the squad ahead of the new season.

Forest miss out on 30-goal striker to League One side
Hughton is keen to add a striker to the ranks at Forest this season, but reported target Charlie Wyke has joined League One side Wigan after refusing to extend his contract at Sunderland.
The striker scored 30 goals in all competitions for the club last season, which is said to have attracted attention from both Forest and Scottish side Celtic.
But he’s now signed a deal with Wigan and the 28-year-old revealed why he signed for the Latics, despite interest from the Championship and Scotland.
"The club ticks all the boxes in terms of how they want to play, the stadium and the fans,” he told the club’s official website.
“I can’t wait to get started now and hopefully it’s a long, successful spell for me.”
Brighton starlet joins rivals
Twenty-year-old Ryan Longman, who has been linked with Forest, has joined Hull City on a season-long loan.
Albion’s pathway development manager, David Weir, said: “Ryan deserves the opportunity to show what he’s capable of at Championship level after a really good year at Wimbledon.
“He came on leaps and bounds there and this presents him with the chance to show what he has learned against a step-up in quality of opponent each week.
“This is an exciting chance for Ryan. We’re looking forward to closely monitoring how he progresses and wish him well for the season ahead.”
Forest 'close in' on Rangers goalkeeper
Hughton is said to be closing in on his first signing of the summer as former Rangers keeper Nicky Hogarth is expected to be added to Forest’s goalkeeping ranks in the coming weeks.
Hogarth, 20, will reportedly join the under-23 squad initially before he looks to force himself into the manager’s thinking.
The shot-stopper was released by Rangers at the start of the summer and now it appears Forest is his next destination.
