Newcastle United striker Dwight Gayle has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest.
The Reds could be in the market for a front man, and Gayle is likely to be a man in demand after his exploits in the Championship last season with West Bromwich Albion.
Forest would likely face competition for his services, with West Brom tipped to revisit their interest - landing as firm favourites with the bookies.
Newcastle boss Steve Bruce has said the 29-year-old will get his chance, although he has made just two late substitute appearances this season - in the Magpies' last two games.

Labrokes have Albion at 2/1 to sign him, with the transfer window set to reopen in January.
Forest are second favourites at 7/2, followed by Leeds United (8/1), Sheffield Wednesday and Stoke City (both 12/1).
Gayle scored 24 goals for West Brom last season as they reached the Championship play-offs before suffering semi-final defeat on penalties to Aston Villa.
