Reported Nottingham Forest target Rob Dickie is reportedly attracting interest of Premier League sides Newcastle and Leeds United.
The centre-back has been linked with a string of clubs in recent weeks as Oxford have grown resigned to losing their prized asset with Forest said to be among the list of suitors.
But it is now being claimed that promoted sides West Brom and Fulham, as well as Leeds and the Magpies, are also keen to sign the highly-rated defender.
Oxford are under pressure to sell their star man given the defender's contract expires next summer meaning he would be able to leave the club on a free transfer.
Dickie was excellent for Oxford last season as they reached the play-offs in League One but saw their bid for Championship football fall short when they lost to Wycombe in the final at Wembley.
Since arriving from Reading on a permanent deal in 2018, the 24-year-old has made more than 80 appearances for Oxford where he is a huge fans' favourite.
Prior to his move to the Kassam, Dickie spent time on loan at Basingstoke, Cheltenham and Lincoln City.
He is one of a string of players Forest have been linked with this summer with boss Sabri Lamouchi tipped to make moves for striker Lyle Taylor and ex-Forest defender Kieron Freeman.
