Nottingham Forest suffer injury blow in Steve Cooper's first game against Millwall

Nottingham Forest striker Lewis Grabban was forced off injured against Millwall this afternoon (September 25) after picking up an injury.

The Forest striker suffered a knock when he went chasing after a cross from Djed Spence early in the first half, colliding with the Lions' goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski.

The initial injury saw Grabban receive treatment and he continued to play for a few more minutes, but the striker had to be withdrawn from the pitch on 27 minutes with Lyle Taylor coming on to replace him.

Grabban appeared to be holding his hamstring and walked straight down the tunnel after he came off.

The 33-year-old appeared not to be limping as he came off the pitch.

Further details on the injury should come from head coach Steve Cooper after the match when he talks to reporters.
