Nottingham Forest star set to miss rest of the season with ‘serious injury’

  • Nottingham Forest winger Callum Hudson-Odoi looks set to miss the rest of the season due to injury.
  • Hudson-Odoi picked up the injury in Forest’s Europa League win over Porto last Thursday and left the stadium on crutches.
  • Forest boss Vitor Pereira confirmed Hudson-Odoi has suffered a “serious injury” and admitted it is “very bad news for us”.
  • Hudson-Odoi now appears likely to miss the Premier League run-in, as well as Forest’s bid for Europa League glory.
  • Forest are now five points clear of the relegation zone after beating Burnley 4-1 on Sunday thanks to a hat-trick from Morgan Gibbs-White.
